I bought this truck this spring in Georgia, from the 2nd owner. He bought the truck off of lease. So I am the third owner. The whole truck is rust free. Body panels fit excellent. Doors, hood and tailgate all close easily. This truck lines up nice and is straight.. The paint is original, never re-sprayed. The clear coat is coming off in some places.

The Vortec 4.3 starts and runs flawlessly. Shifting is smooth. A/C blows cold. Heat works as it should. All lights, horn, EVERYTHING works as new except one speed on the fan switch is not making contact.

The brakes work as expected, pedal and modulation are good, stops are sure and straight. I replaced the shocks (they were original) and the rear leaf springs. I also changed the rear gear oil. The truck uses no oil or fluids.

Most all of the interior, the carpet, headliner and other soft interior pieces, are in excellent condition. There is a tear in the side vinyl of the driver’s seat. The sun visors have some age showing.

I’ve driven the truck about 6,000 miles since I owned it, including one long trip to St. Louis pulling a small trailer. It drives great and it got 20MPG on that trip running the A/C all the way. It’s a truck I would drive across the country without a doubt.
