This car was totally restored from the ground up and is rust-free! Rebuilt 1.9 turbo diesel short block mated to a 1.6 turbo rebuilt head safely and properly, all new brakes, suspension, new upholstery, and fresh paint. The guy who had it painted it in the original factory color code LE1B(SONNENGELB) Sunbrite Yellow. We have worked to keep this car as original as possible. It has a new Bosch battery with Bosch wipers and a new German Engine. All non-engine components are from the original manufacturer. Car is equipped with original working cassette player. Venting windows are currently sealed but I have all of the original hardware if you would like to open them back up again. There is also a cute little camper shell on it now with new rubber.
