This speedy attitude continues under the hood. The alloy air grabber and shiny valve covers give this 350 cubic-inch small block a nice look, but it still doesn’t betray its tough as nails image. The V8 inhales deeply through an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock intake. It exhales with authority as the headers feed the rumbling dual exhaust. So, this hot rod looks and sounds like it should, but despite its sinister attitude, it’s quite nice on the road. The upgrade to an independent front suspension, TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, front disc brakes, and modern performance tires makes this mean machine easy to enjoy on the open road.
